Start by getting your data out of your current system
This is the one step only you can do, and it is easier while your account is still active and paid up. Most systems will export members, aircraft, rates, schedules, and balances, whether as a database backup or a set of CSV files. Pull whatever yours gives you and it all comes with you.
Not sure where to find it? Send us the name of your current system and we will talk you through it, even if you are not ready to commit to anything yet. Once you have the file, the rest happens on your schedule.
On MyFBO? MyFBO is winding down in August 2026, and your database backup is only available while your account is active. If you have not pulled it yet, make that today’s job. If you already have the file, we can work straight from it.
